A short time ago Plehal Blacktopping completed an asphalt repair for a real estate company in Twin Cities, Minnesota. The real estate company contacted us because they were looking for a company that was the best asphalt repair Twin Cities and Minnesota could provide. The real estate company wanted Plehal Blacktopping to provide asphalt repair and spring maintenance on several of their rental properties around the city. They knew the importance of having their asphalt safe, sturdy, and attractive so they could easily rent the properties.

The Plehal Blacktopping crew arrived at the first location to do asphalt repair. The first property’s asphalt had cracks, and the crew filled them and added sealcoating to the asphalt. The Plehal Blacktopping crew headed across the cities to the second property. The second property was in pretty good condition. The crew was going to do a spring maintenance, which would thoroughly clean the asphalt. The asphalt would first be swept. We use the latest equipment and products with our spring maintenance. As soon as the sweeping was completed, the crew washed down and cleaned the parking lot. When the crew was finished the parking lot looked great, and was ready for springtime.
